Aelia's sales rose by 7% in HY1 to $392.2m

Aelia reported today that without the impact of the ash cloud which closed European air space for five days last April, its like-for-like sales growth against the first half of 2009 would have been into double-digits. But instead the group had to settle for a still impressive 7% total sales increase to E.305m ($392.2m) for the period.
